Park Ridge Hospital Invites Community to Open House Event

The staff and physicians of Park Ridge Hospital invite the entire community to celebrate with them on Thursday, June 11 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. as they unveil the hospital’s new entrance, upgraded surgical suites and the new facility housing The Women’s Center at Park Ridge and the Baby Place.

 This exciting open house event will include ribbon cuttings with both the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce, guided tours of the Baby Place facility and free refreshments. Henderson County Commission Chairman, William Moyer, Hendersonville Mayor, Greg Newman and Asheville Mayor, Terry Bellamy, will also be present during the event as guest speakers.

The new Baby Place at Park Ridge is the only facility of its kind in the region, offering women a unique and personalized labor and delivery experience. The new center offers large birthing suites with pull-out couches for family and flat-screen televisions with access to the Internet and a wide range of first-run movies; a dedicated C-section suite in the unit with a truly unique viewing arrangement that allows family members the opportunity to be a part of the baby’s first moments; a therapeutic spa room with aromatherapy; a massage room with massage services available as a special gift for new moms; a boutique offering special mom and baby items, and the exceptional care of an entire team of board-certified OB/GYN physicians.
