As many as one out of every three people suffer from arthritis. Arthritis means “inflammation of a joint”. Arthritis has different causes, risk factors, and effects on the body, yet they often share a common symptom—persistent joint pain. Learning methods of performing daily activities that are the less stressful to painful joints may be helpful to relieve pain and discomfort.
