Park Ridge Hospital’s Baby Place is offering new classes for expecting parents and grandparents:
So, You’re Having a Baby
Thursday, June 5 and Thursday, June 12 at 7:00 pm.
This class is designed for women who have reached their 20th week of pregnancy, and it will cover healthy eating and snacking, feeding choices for baby, car seat safety, safety in the home, and OB appointments. Held in the Duke Room at Park Ridge Hospital, this is a 2 class series, lasting one hour each. For information or to register, call (828) 681-2262. Cost is $10 per couple or $7 for individuals.
Grandparent Class
May Date: Monday, June 16 at 7:00 pm
Covers how grandparents can help, how childbirth has changed, gift ideas, safety and a tour or the OB unit. Held in the Duke Room at Park Ridge Hospital, one Monday per month for 1 ½ hours. For information or to register, call (828) 681-2262. Cost is $10 per couple or $7 for individuals.
Park Ridge Hospital’s “Baby Place” Lamaze Classes
Classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the Duke Room at Park Ridge Hospital. Each class series is 7 weeks long, but you can start at any point in the class cycle.
